In the game
- Open Vanguard Realm and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- In the lobby, tap the gear at the top of the screen to open settings.
- Scroll to ACCOUNT and tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Read what will be deleted. The DELETE button counts down for five seconds before it can be pressed — then press it.
The game signs you out and returns to the sign-in screen, which says the account has been deleted.
On this website
For accounts that sign in with Google or Discord:
- Go to your account page and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- At the bottom of the page, under Delete your account, choose Delete account…
- Tick the box to confirm, then choose Delete my account.
An account that signs in with an email address and password can be deleted in the game, which has that sign-in and this website does not.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@vanguardrealm.com from the address on your account, or ask in the Discord server, and the account will be deleted by hand. We aim to reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
Everything that belongs to the account, all at once:
- The account itself: your display name, the Google or Discord account it was linked to, your email address, and your password if you used one.
- Your trophies, account level and experience.
- Your gold and gems.
- Your cards, their levels and your saved deck.
- Your chests.
- Every avatar, tower skin, banner and name style you own or have chosen.
- Every achievement you have earned.
- Your purchase history.
- The record of rewarded videos you watched in the Android app, and what each paid.
- Every sign-in session, so the account is signed out on every device at once.
Signing in again afterwards with the same Google or Discord account creates a new, empty account. Nothing from the old one comes back.
What is kept
- Match records. Each match you played stays as a record of the result, the crowns, the list of card plays that can replay it, and each side’s deck, levels, trophies and what the match paid — with your account removed from it. A match record holds no name, so nothing in it identifies you afterwards: in your opponent’s match history you appear as “Unknown player”.
- Server logs. These can include your display name and IP address, and are kept for security and to diagnose faults. Web request logs are deleted after 14 days; the game server’s own log is removed automatically as it fills, oldest first.
The Privacy Policy describes everything the game stores and why.
